Squeeze some self care into your busy life with a 1 hour guided workout with other parents. You workout while your kids play. Parents are encouraged to bring their little ones. Not just for moms, dads are also welcome!
-You can bring your kids with you, or leave them with a sitter. Whichever you're comfortable with!
-Please bring a mat or beach towel
*We ask new moms to be minimum 12 weeks post-partum.
