CaRaVaN is an «Anything Goes» open mic. A mix of music, spoken word, comedy, magic, dance, storytelling, or anything else you can think up, you'll see a range of performances from experienced artists trying out new things to people taking the stage for the first time.
The 3rd Monday of every month, CaRaVaN will be taking place at Forth with a low-key coffee house-style open mic & stage. (Except for Louis Riel Day, when we'll be moving things to the next night: Tuesday, February 20.) Sign up at Forth begins at 6:45 PM, with performances getting underway at 7:00 PM — a bit earlier than our usual time, since we have to wrap things up just after 9. Those signing up can perform up to 2 songs (musicians) or for 5 minutes (all others).
Hosting CaRaVaN Coffee House at Forth is Paul Little.
Forth has a number of delightful food choices, as well as coffees, teas, and a small selection of alcoholic drinks. The event is always free, but donations are appreciated and go a long way in helping us pay for new equipment, advertising, and of course our summer series at the Cube, which will be returning in 2018!
