This workshop's hosted by personal trainer Shannon Penfound who has a background in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Shannon has trained clients ranging from provincial-level athlete to beginner fitness enthusiast — this workshop is sure to motivate you!
This workshop will take place in L4 Fitness Centre — Fitness Studio.
Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
