Is it a Bittersweet Christmas for you?
Wilma Derksen, mother, author, advocate and founder of Candace House will be sharing her incredible story of grief and her ability to “let go” through her journey to forgiveness. Since the abduction and murder of her daughter, Candace, in 1984, Wilma, through her strong faith in God, has been on a road of forgiveness and healing and brings hope to all of us who struggle with this difficult step.
Join us on December 1st at 7 pm (coffee bar opens at 6:30) for an evening of encouragement for women of all ages. This Christmas event will include worship, fellowship, appetizers, desserts and coffee bar, for only $10. All proceeds will go to Candace House: A comforting place for victims and survivors of crime.
