This will be the seventh of an 8 week free food related workshop series that will be offered through Daniel McIntyre/ St Matthews Community Association in partnership with Urban Eatin and Anna Sigrithur this summer!

There's a whole world of edible and nutritious plants right out your back door! Come join us for a neighbourhood walk, where we'll discover local weeds and unnoticed foliage that can be harvested and used in daily meal prep! The plant walk will be followed by some plant tasting and a brief cooking class with Anna from Clandess Diner.

*All of the food workshops will be run on a drop in basis and the doors will be open till we reach capacity at 20 people. You can however secure your place in advance by calling 204-774-7005 ext.107 or emailing [email protected] and leaving your full name, the name of the workshop you would like to attend, your address, and your phone number / email address.*

Ps. shared food contributions are appreciated but not necessary :)
