Yin Yoga is an introspective, mindful practice focusing on opening the meridian lines, joints and lengthening and stretching the connective tissues of the body through longer holds. Your breath centered practice will find you holdingposes up to 5 minutes with an awareness of sensations and emotions in mindy, body and spirit.
Yin Yoga practice is gentler and slower though can be challenging with the length of hold. This series is suitable for beginners and practicing yogis.
