Partner Tantric Yoga
8:00AM — 10:00AM $25 per person
Kaula Tantra Yoga is a deeply meditative practice that utilizes long holds and breath retention. When done in partners it is a beautiful tool for connection, healing, and breaking down barriers in a manner that is both playful and intimate.
There is no need to bring a partner. In fact, some of our most impactful sessions are often with strangers and those with whom we have not yet had the opportunity to connect intimately.
However, if you have a specific partner with whom you’d like to practice, that is also welcome.
If the weather allows for it, we will do our practice outside surrounded by nature.
*Please bring a yoga mat

Chocolate Workshop
2:00PM-5:00PM $65 per person
In this interactive workshop you will learn how to make healthy (sugar/gluten/diary free, nutrition-packed) raw chocolates using minimally-processed cacao beans. We will explore the history of cacao, as well as the production process from plantation, to cacao bean, to final product. As we create these chocolates, we will learn about the health, heart, and spiritual benefits of cacao. We will also discuss other super foods that can be blended into chocolate, creating delicious mixes of nutritional, chocolaty goodness.
Join us in concocting some chocolate elixirs, chocolate infused tea, and nutritious chocolate hazelnut butter!

Cacao Ceremony
7:00PM — 10:00PM $50 per person
Cacao is a powerful heart-opener that has been used by the Mayan, Aztec, and Inca peoples of Mesoamerica, and Central/South America for over 5000 years. Raw, ceremonial-grade cacao contains chemical constituents and neurotransmitters that benefit our health and aid in unlocking euphoric states as well as releasing negative emotions.
Because of cacao’s ability to heighten sensation within the physical and emotional body, it facilitates self-exploration on a deeper level. Cacao is believed to aid in any transformational shift in your life, including the release of old patterns and traumas, or cultivating a more self-confident mindset. Whatever your intention, the cacao can guide you to the insight and awareness necessary to achieve your goal.
Following the group preparation of ceremonial cacao, we will sit in a sacred circle, honour the spirit of cacao with shamanic prayer, smudge to clear energies, and set intentions.
This will set the stage for our journey. After drinking the cacao we will move the energy in our bodies with medicine music and dance, and then come down into stillness. At this moment of energetic liberation, we will embark on a Shamanic Journey into the spirit of cacao. Here we will have the opportunity to seek further messages and guidance.
