Join me for a lunch hour bootcamp series in Kildonan Park! Improve your strength & endurance, learn health eating habits and participate in weekly challenges designed to push you to your next level of fitness!
Sessions run Tuesday & Thurdays starting June 6th at 12:00pm. Meeting place to be determined, registration is required.
All fitness levels are welcome, you may bring your kids but it is up to you to keep an eye on them :)
Please come prepared to sweat! bring a water bottle, yoga mat & a set of hand weights between 5-10 pounds.
