Two Socks
These rambunctious folk-rockers from Winnipeg, Canada known as Two Socks began as a duo with singer/songwriter Skylar Bouchard and guitarist Daniel Simoes to showcase Bouchard's songs. They grew to a four-piece band with the addition of longtime friends, Gerald Bulera and Alex Mackinnon, on drums and bass, and are now a full-blown folk-rock party band. Whether it's a crowded beach-side in Thailand or packed pub in Winnipeg, Two Socks gets the folks up and dancing every time. While their laid-back groove swings like Alabama Shakes, Bahamas, or The Avett Brothers, it's the bands upbeat personality that connects with the fans. making everyone want to join in, and sing along to songs they just learned. At the 2016 Brewno Awards, the perennial crowd-pleasers really took the party to the next level of good clean fun, prompting many to ask organizers, «who is this band?»

The Denim Daddies
Born out of a drink at a dive bar in Edmonton, Alberta, The Denim Daddies are a shot of the ol’ outlaws attitude mixed with the modernism of alt-country and a splash of the Nashville sound, all glassed in the classic sound of a traditional 3 piece band. Their songwriting blends politically and socially charged themes with simple, down to earth lyrics, which are layered atop intense and intricate parts with tight vocal harmonies and a rippin' rhythm section. Blurring the lines between country and rock these dance floor troubadours are embracing the resurgence and new sound of modern country music. From dirty cowboy bars, to hipster juke joints, to sweaty basements, The Denim Daddies appeal to every country music stereotype.

Odder than the Otters
Odder than the Otters float somewhere between catchy skiffle and melodious psychedelia, blending surreal storytelling into their riverside rock ‘n’ roll. Playful lyrics slide down life’s riverbanks and plunge into deep, cool meaning. Drawing from influences like The Band, Neil Young, Jake Bugg, Shakey Graves, and Sam Roberts Band, Otters hit home then drift downstream into otherworldly travels.
